City Adventure 12/07/14

Hello everyone 

Well yesterday I went to the city and it was really fun. Probably the highlight of this week.  I had a really early start to the day by waking up the time I usually wake up for school. I was so tired though as I didnt have enough city the day before  I must say that I bought this on myself though as I was talking someone earlier in the morning which was really nice  

I started my day really unhealthly as I was having mcdonalds for breakfast. I dont regret it at all however as I havent had it since ages.   I also sadly ate by myself as my friends were running late. MY FRIENDS HATE ME.What made it worst was that it was raining all morning and it seemed like it wasnt clearing at all. 

We then took the bus to the city and majority of the time it wasnt clearing at all. I just realised how anti social we were. All of us were just listening to music with minimum talking.  I guess we liked to keep to ourselves especially with everything going on.

When we got to the city we just walked up and down the main street. We also went into Daiso where my friends and I bought these coin purses of different animals. I got a white bunny  

One of the highlights of the day must have been the food. I got to eat so much I first had a triple chocolate biscuit from a small cookie store which smells so good. Freshly baked cookies are the best  However I dont think it tasted as good as I thought it would be.  Dont think I'll have it again but maybe for a snack every now and again.

We also walked pass a mini indoor shopping area to keep us dry from the continous rain. And to my surprise when we went upstairs we saw this big painted wall which was really pretty and had to take a photo of.

My photograph skills are the best.  My pictures always turn out blurry due to my shaking hands. The red bit in the corner was actually a piano which I wished one of my friend played as her skills are so amazing. Play the piano for me please.

We were also looking for phone cases as recently one of us bought a new phone due to his other one cracked. He is so clumsy  We went into many stores however the cases were mainly for iPhones. 

I saw many cute cases such as the one below: 

I remember eating these as a child and begging my mum to buy them every time when we went to an asian supermarket. However it wouldnt have always worked out  I also saw a mini collection of Hello Kitty charms (prepare for an unfocused and blurry photos)

I wanted them all but however I could never afford them all.  We had Korean food for lunch which was great as Olia and Wilson were craving for Korean food. I however wanted to try Carl's Jr as I never tried it before. They bully me 

I got to see my friend Christine who I havent seen since intermediate which was a long time considering I am now in High School. We had a struggle to find a desert place,Milse  and raining didnt help at all.
 However it was worth it in the end as when we got there we had great customer service and I tried something new. 

I dont know if this photo was neccessary.

 We had sparkling water which some of them didnt pefer. I finished my cup first as I am constantly drinking water. 
Once the food came everyone suddenly became a photographer and took a photo of their order.

I had a gelto stick which was my first time and enjoyed however it melted too fast for me to enjoy it longer. 
The desserts were sweet but may have been too sweet for some people. I always liked sweet things so it never bothered me  I found that the environment was great and nicely decorated which made the place more popular.

We sat outside the area but on the inside the ceiling was really unique with big clear bulbs which seemed like big bubbles above the eating area. The place was also covered in fairy lights which I liked. 

Despite the horrible weather in the eariler part of the day the rain stopped and we all decided to pay a visit to a park in the city. The park was empty and sadly we couldnt sit anywhere. In the centre was a fountain which was still working and poured out water. 

We started walking along and it made me realise the beauty of nature. It was so nice to see plants rather than the tall bulidings of the city. However one of us mentioned a thought which made I clearly remember. 

It was that even the tallest trees once was small plant which grew into something huge.

 Everyone starts out small but we eventally keep growing physically and mentally. 

There was also a really nice pink flower that I held as we walked down the street. 

Sadly my hand ruins the picture. 
I also remember that we went into some stores which had anime/manga merchandise which I wish I bought but couldnt afford. Why must things be so expensive for a poor student like me.  I basically stayed at the store and looked at everything while my friends got bored waiting outside. 
Later we caught the bus home and had Vietnamese for dinner.

Week 1 | Holidays (term 2 holidays)

YAYY its the holidays!

Its finally here! I really need to rest despite the holiday homework. Plus I got a physics assignment to finish and should really start. I dont know if I have mentioned this or not but I GOT MY BRACES OFF. 
I had them for roughly a year and a half. 

I cant wait to go out and buy more food,share food without taking too much care.

What have I done lately? Well I started an anime named Sword Art Online which may be old to you but I only recently watched it. I have to say I am hooked. It is so good but I feel like it slowly turns into a love story of a typical "Prince saving the Princess."

But I have to admit they are pretty cute.

I have also been drinking alot of lemon water. I dont think I can drink plain water anymore haha. I am strange. 
I also recently went out for dinner on Wednesday night with some of my friends which was great as it meant I left the house.  I have been mainly staying at home on my laptop or lazing around. I had a taro milk tea and some fried rice noodles. I always love fried rice noodles since I was young but it is so oily and fat. I wish I had the best of both worlds. I also discovered that rose milk tea existed. I will be sure to get it next time as I enjoy rose tea already. And also some cake. I have been craving for it.


Does anyone get the feeling when you get excited for something but when you are there the feeling doesnt live to your expectations? I guess it might have been my mood at that time or maybe the weather. I want those nice sunny days again. 

On Friday night I attended my uncle's 50th birthday. It was a big celebration where we caused alot of attention in the resturant where every now again people walking past would photo bomb us which I found funny. I really enjoyed myself as I got to see some family friends and my cousin who I rarely see. This is one of family events that I did not get bored of. I also finally satisfied my craving of cake on Friday. My family friends bought blueberry cupcakes with purple icing topped with a chocolate 50 for everyone that attended . It was so sweet but nice.  

There was also a main red velvet cake which had a bigger chocolate 50 on. My cousin told me a fact that red velvet tastes like vanilla with red food colouring. I dont know if this was true but it sure tasted nice. It couldnt help myself but eat one slice of that too even though I was full from dinner. 

Well that is how my week went for the first half of the holidays!
